How we work

Forty-seven houses in the rainy part of Spain

01

We look at the houses in February

Not in June with the shutters open. Someone stays a night in the worst month, in the rain, and finds the damp corner and the boiler that will not hold. Two or three houses come off the list every year because of it, and we pay for the trip either way.

02

The rainfall is printed on every listing

Ninety-odd wet days a summer in parts of Asturias, and we say so beside the price. It loses us bookings to the Mediterranean every week of the year, and we would rather that than a family who expected Alicante.

03

We will send you south if south is what you want

If you need a fortnight of guaranteed heat and a pool, this coast is the wrong coast. We say so on the phone, and the booking goes somewhere else.

04

Cancel free until fourteen days out

Northern weather changes plans, so the deposit stays refundable far later than the trade allows. Some of those weeks never re-let, and the owner and this office carry that between us.

Walkers coming in out of the rain at the door of a stone farmhouse

“We booked the first week of August expecting the same weather as Alicante, and Ana told me on the phone we would get four wet mornings out of seven. We got five. We swam in the Sella anyway and the walking above Sotres was the best we have done anywhere.”

Everything above is a demonstration

The business, the listings and the reviews are invented — this page exists to show what someone could put on spanishholidays.co.uk. The domain itself is genuinely for sale.

Domain for sale

spanishholidays.co.uk is available

You are looking at a demonstration, not a real business. We built it to show what this domain could carry — the company, the stock and the reviews are invented.

  1. 1

    Make an enquiry

Tell us who you are and what you would use it for. It costs nothing and puts you under no obligation.

  2. 2

    Agree a price

We reply with a price or consider your offer. Most conversations are settled within a couple of working days.

  3. 3

    Pay into escrow

Funds go to a licensed third-party escrow agent, never straight to us. They hold the money until the transfer is confirmed.

  4. 4

    Take ownership

We push the authorisation code to your registrar. You control the domain, usually within a week; escrow then releases the funds.

The demonstration site is not part of the sale by default — but if you want it, say so in your enquiry and we will include the source.
